Cleaning during the stay consists of removing leaves. No chemical cleaning is done during the stay. - Cost per extra hour of check-in or check-out $400. - Cost per additional person $400 per person, per night. There is a rental option. - For 2-night reservations, 1 towel per person is included / from 3 nights, 2 towels / person - All surpluses (hours or extra guests) require prior agreement and payment with the host before occupying the house.
