SPACIOUS BEDROOM IN UPSCALE TOWNHOME

Large room in North Boulder townhome in a private, quiet location yet close to shopping, restaurants and bike trails. April 2026 upgrade to Starlink internet. Room has and has 2 large windows and a 2 large closets. Direct access to shared Jack & Jill bathroom. Room has desk, glass table & small refrigerator/freezer. There is a coffee maker outside the bedroom and guests have access to the microwave in the kitchen, however, full kitchen access is not part of this listing. The space This is the larger of the two bedrooms on the Airbnb floor of the townhome. It has a large shelf adjacent to the windows and the glass table, which is perfect as a workspace. Townhome is in a private, quiet location yet is close to shopping, restaurants and bike trails. The room has newer furniture, including a new mattress in March of 2023 and two large, new Andersen windows installed in February 2022. The room has its own small refrigerator/freezer. The room is on a separate floor from owner's bedroom and from main living area of home. The bathroom is large and has had some updates. Home has Vortex air purifier and shower heads have filters. Neighborhood is very convenient to Boulder's many bus lines. Guest access Guests access the house through the main floor of the house. The Airbnb room is on the garden level of the home, which includes one other Airbnb room, one guest bathroom, and a cabinet with a countertop, where there is a coffee maker and utensils specifically for guests. The bedroom has its own small refrigerator/freezer. The main floors of the home are for the landlord and are not shared with guests. The washer and dryer are on the guest floor and guests have access to them. During your stay I am open to interact with guests, yet I give my guests the level of privacy they desire. My bedroom and the main living area to my home are on separate floors than the guest room, so it is possible for guests to have a high level of privacy. Other things to note The main floors of the home are for the host and are not shared with guests. The washer and dryer are on the guest floor and guests have access to them. Guests may not have their own guests at the house. There is a Giant Escape 3 bicycle for guest use (includes a helmet and lock). The bicycle needs to be reserved in advance and may or may not be available. It is $10.00 per day. Please inquire about availability before booking. Guests are fully responsible for any theft or damage to the bicycle while they are using it. If the bicycle is stolen, guests are responsible for its $600.00 replacement value and, additionally, the value of any equipment, such as lights, lock and/or helmet, which may also be lost or stolen. Owner provides towels, shampoo, and laundry detergent.
