Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway on the Olive Farm. Your space is all yours with two private entrances. We are on 5 acres next to the Russian River. There are 300 olive and fruit trees, a large Summer garden, chickens, barn cats and a bocce court. Cloverdale is a 30 minute walk down the river trail or a 5 minute drive. It's quiet here; a perfect retreat from a busy day or week at work. We live in the same home with separate entrances, living spaces, kitchens, etc. The space There are three homes on the property. We live in the larger (red) home. The apartment is downstairs and has a private entrance. There is a small cottage occupied by full time resident. And, in the back of the property, there is a young family. Cleaning services are available for an additional cost every two weeks if desired. We hope you enjoy your stay. Guest access You are welcome to all the outdoor areas around the house, fire pit, bocce ball court, garden and barn. Open fires are not permitted during the dry season. In the summer you are welcome to whatever is available in the garden. We have many fruit trees and you are welcome to whatever is ripe at the time of your stay. We ask that you only harvest what you will consume that day. A short walk down the road is the Cloverdale River Park. You can take this path all the way into town. It's about a 1.5-2 mile walk to Papa's Pizza, Wolf House Brewery and Dahlia & Sage Community Market. There are restaurants, a wonderful coffee shop and plenty of shopping in the downtown area. Other things to note You have your own, private apartment with private entrances. But, the property is shared with other tenants. We live in the space above your apartment.
