Paradise in North Fort Myers - Hot Tub & Boat Lift

Experience the beauty and tranquility of North Fort Myers, Florida, and make this lovely 3-bedroom 1-office, 2-bath vacation rental your home away from home. With ample space for the whole family, a fully equipped kitchen, a hot tub to soak away your worries, and a boat lift with canal access for water adventures, this spacious house has it all. When you’re ready to venture out, take a stroll through the vibrant downtown area of Fort Myers or soak up the sun on the pristine beaches of Fort Myers The space 🅿️Parking Instructions: - Parking in front of the garage. - Please do not park 🚫 in the side of the house, as this is reserved for other guests. 🛌Bedrooms: - There are 3 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 6 guests. Bedrooms 1 has a king bed & bedrooms 2 & 3 have queen beds. Each room has a closet with hangers. - Extra bedsheets, pillows and covers are located in the closet next to the dining table. 🛁Bathrooms: - There are 2 full bathrooms. Each bathroom has a dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We have also included toilet and tissue paper in both bathrooms. There is a hair dryer and a hair iron in the master bathroom. - Towels and additional toilet paper are stored in the closet next to the dining table. 🍳Kitchen: - The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. A fridge, electric stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, rice maker and a Nespresso coffee machine with plenty of pods with different flavors. - You’ll find silverware, knifes, cookware, cups, jars, salt, pepper, herbs and other spices throughout the kitchen. 🎱Entertainment: - There is an entertainment area with a pool table, a foosball table, a bar, leather recliners and a TV. Please note that all TVs have Netflix. You can also find multiple board games inside the coffee table. - This area can get a little hot, especially during summer. There is an AC unit behind one of the reclining sofas, feel free to adjust the temperature to your liking. 🏡Outdoors: - There is a hot tub 🛀 waiting for you to soak your body in. The temperature should be set at 80 degrees but go ahead and crank it up until you feel complete relaxation. The jets can also be turned on from the main panel, by pushing the button once (for soft) or twice (for max pressure). You can also adjust the pressure using the wheels on top. - We have a 7,000-max capacity 🛥️ boat lift that can fit a boat up to 24ft. Please message me if you need help operating the lift. - There is a barbecue 🍖 next to the hot tub. You will need to turn on the gas from the propane tank located below. Please make sure to turn it off after each use. - Please do not go 🚫 into the screened area to the left of the house with outdoor furniture, as this is reserved for other guests. 🧺Laundry: - There is a laundry room behind the kitchen with a washer and a dryer. We have included laundry detergent and softener for your convenience. Other things to note The garage side of the house has a two bedroom which is currently rented.
