Open concept house and backyard in Campeche

Cozy beach house with backyard and garden. Ideal for hosting families with small children. It's time to turn off the screens and enjoy the outdoors! - Leisure area in the allotment: playground, beach tennis court, soccer field and pet place. - The house: Open kitchen with an island and integrated into the outdoor area with a barbecue and garden. - Children love: the little house and swing. - Quiet location and close (by car/bicycle) to the beaches, Lagoa do Peri park, airport, open malls, supermarket. The space You'll be in a cozy 2-story house with 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite) and another bathroom and toilet. The double bedroom has a low bed, perfect for putting a mattress next to it in case of children who like to stay close :) The second bedroom is perfect for the little ones who are used to a Montessori bed. It has one (or 2) mattresses on EVA foam mats. The third bedroom has a double bed. We have a door at the top of the stairs, which can be closed at night to prevent accidents. The ground floor has an open concept, with a living room, kitchen and connected outdoor area. We like to plant spices, pancs, vegetables, teas and fruit trees, which you can harvest and enjoy :) Garage: 2 spaces. Guest access In addition to the house, you can enjoy the leisure areas of the subdivision: playground, beach tennis court, grass field, exercise and social area, pet place. For those who like to run / walk, a tour of the allotment is ideal. Other things to note We have a lot of love for this house, which was our home until recently.
