The historic center and the seafront can be reached by public transport in 15 minutes or on foot in about 25 minutes. The accommodation also offers the privilege of an internal parking space and access to the shared terrace, ideal for moments of relaxation outdoors. The space The 25 m2 accommodation is located on the eighth and top floor of a building equipped with a lift which, however, does not reach the entrance of the accommodation: there are two flights of stairs to access it + 5 steps at the entrance of the building. The internal space is composed as follows: - Small kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle and microwave; - Living area with dining table, single sofa bed (WITHOUT mattress) and 27" smart TV - Sleeping area (separated by an equipped wall) with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box. Possibility of using the condominium terrace (NOT private, therefore with possible use by the other condominiums) equipped with table and chairs. Additional facilities available for the guests: uncovered parking space inside the condominium car park (protected by a barrier and at night by an automatic gate), UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The keys of the entrance door are located in a safe with a code, which will be provided at check-in. Guest access The whole studio apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay. Other things to note 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Bari equal to €2 per person per night, for the first 4 nights.
