The space Welcome to our cozy Airbnb home nestled in a serene residential neighborhood, offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. This independent house provides an ideal retreat for your stay, with all the essential amenities you'll need to make your visit truly enjoyable. First note - Please treat this place as you would treat your own home. 1) Do not dump your luggage, cloths and other stuff on the sofa nor the bed. You can arrange your stuff in the dedicated wardrobe placed for your use and damages or breakages of sofa or any furniture will be assessed and charged for (so please take care of the furniture) 2) Any damages, liquid spills or food stains dropped on the linen or sofa will be checked and fines will have to be paid. (it's a home stay not a hotel stay so please book the place only if one can obide by my house rules mentioned on airbnb) Thank you. I've highlighted this points first because as a host we expect to get the place back the way we hand it over to our beloved customers. Not receiving it in a condition which we expect will cause inconvenience to the next customer. (And as a customer would you definitely not want the place to messed up with stains and dirt on the walls or the furniture) House is on the ground floor. it's a nice and cozy 1BHK Accommodation Features: 1. Guest access Guest will have full access to this house and it is a separate house in an independent building. Other things to note *Note* : FYI The inverter battery back-up is for -WIFI, FANS AND LIGHTS. PLEASE ensure your personal gadgets are PRE-CHARGED fully to avoid any inconveniences with your WFH priorities. Also to SAVE ENERGY in the back-up system ensure the fans and lights are switched off while you are out of the apartment. This will help in an eventuality of electricity power failure/cut 🚫 Mandatory House Rule is to switch off the AC while out of the house. *FOOD DELIVERY* : Please collect deliveries at the main gate as they aren't authorized to enter the premises.
