It was built in 2023 and meets the latest requirements. We set it up and put it into use in December 2023. So everything is still completely new. You will find our house on the way to the top of Norefjell. Here, in winter, you are close to slopes for skiing and trails for cross-country skiing. In summer, the golf course and the Krøderen lake are closer with its many beautiful beaches. You can be in Noresund in a few minutes by car, for example, to do some shopping. A perfect location to stay all year round, about 1.5 hours from Oslo. Living room: Samsung smart TV (The Frame) Wood-burning stove Kitchen: Dining table with 8 chairs. Of course, the plates, cutlery, etc. are also equipped for 8 people Also available: oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso and filter coffee coffee maker, kettle, hand blender and more to prepare a good meal Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: bed 150 x 200 cm Bedroom 2: family bunk bed 120 cm bottom, 90 cm top Bedroom 3: family bunk bed 120 cm bottom, 90 cm top All bedrooms have duvets, pillows, a mirror, hooks for clothes, night lights, heating and a sheepskin on the floor Bathroom: 2nd floor: shower, toilet, sink with mirror, underfloor heating and AEG washing machine with drying function 2nd floor: toilet, sink with mirror and floor heating Outside: Large terrace with fantastic views over the Krøderen lake, the mountains, Noresund and the beautiful nature. At the back, a wide terrace where you can sit privately. 2 parking spaces Guest access The entire home + outdoor space is available for guests to use. Only the private space under the stairs is locked and cannot be used. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for NOK 200 per person. Please let me know if you would like to rent bedding and towels or if you will bring them yourself. The cabin is completely new. We have thought as much as possible about what should be present. However, you may come across something you had not expected in the cabin. Please let me know and I will see what I can do for you. Please note! There is currently garden furniture for 2 people. In spring/summer, this will be supplemented to 8 people.
