Bring your boat as lake accesses to Moultrie start a 1/4 mile away with Cooper River accesses near by. Somerset, Wampee, Pineland Place, The Arch, Santee Canal as well as MC Regional Complex are minutes away, Summerville is 20’, and Downtown Chas is 45’. Come enjoy! The space This older trailer is 1300 sq feet with the original paneling, original cabinets, and new paint. It has an 1/2 acre of grass (& views of horses) for outdoor activities. Please check the white notebook in the kitchen for local recommendations. Guest access You are welcome to use all of the trailer and land. Other things to note We are near Oakley Farms and several Boat Landings. You may park your boat in the back yard; it will be hidden from the road.
