Cottage on the edge of the forest

Cozy cottage, self-renovated in 2023. Located on the edge of the Rennes forest and close to the Nathalie equestrian center (lessons and rides possible by reservation). Numerous walks possible on foot, bike, ... Large living room with open kitchen. Covered terrace with barbecue, lounge and bar, ideal for aperitifs with family or friends. Trampoline for children (not available in winter). Quick access to discover the region (Brocéliande, St Malo, Dinan, Mont St Michel...). The space Cozy wooden chalet, of course! Ground floor, large living room equipped with TV with Netflix, internet, wood-burning stove. Kitchen, toilet, entrance with closet. Covered and enclosed terrace to enjoy it year-round. Trampoline is unavailable in winter. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with a balcony for two of them. Bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms are composed of single beds. Electric radiators for the entire accommodation. Parking spaces next to the accommodation. Possibility of having towels (supplement of €5/person to be paid on site upon arrival). Guest access By car, of course. 10 minutes from Rennes. But also by train, 5 minutes from Betton train station, 100 m from a bus stop and 10 minutes from Via Silva metro station. We can pick you up at Betton Station or Via Silva. The reception is very easy for us because less than 5 minutes from the cottage. The easiest way to find us is to type "Centre équestre Cwr Fforest" in Betton on Waze. Other things to note No smoking in the accommodation. Possibility to smoke on the covered terrace. No parties or events. Pets allowed (only one per stay) subject to conditions. Small, well-trained dog. Cannot be left free in the garden because it is not fenced (€20 per stay to be paid upon arrival). In winter, the wood stove is ready for a first fire. Then you have to provide wood. We have 25 Dm3 bags at €10 per bag.
