This is a newly renovated and furnished one-king bedroom, one bathroom apartment measuring a total of 49 sqm/528 sq. ft. Once inside, this home is a perfect place for digital nomads, couples, and small families. This home features a cosy living room with bursts of colour, an opulent, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious rooms filled with movie-themed artwork. Living room has a Scandinavian minimal movie theatre vibe. Relax on the sofa, hang out with your friends, make yourself at home! It’s a welcoming and inviting space where you can kick back. The bedroom is perfect for a great night’ sleep. The dining room table has a desk for studying or working from home. The patio area is furnished with a BBQ and a stylish, hanging chair, an eclectic living area providing a homely, fun space for family time (seating for up to 8). For the laundry fanatics, there is a washer-dryer in the kitchen tucked into a built-in cupboard in the kitchen plus a steam iron and ironing board are there for your use. Last but not least, there is a humongous garden, straight from the living and dining area to a beautiful, fully furnished garden space for fresh air. Perfect for spring and summer, but even in the wintertime, London does get quite a few sunny, dry days, and the space is a perfect south-facing sun trap to enjoy the winter sunshine. BEDROOM/BATHROOM: The bed will be made up with fresh luxury linens, what more do you need for a good night’s sleep? You don’t have to live out of your suitcase; plenty of storage room means you can unpack and start feeling at home right away. The apartment would comfortably accommodate 4 people (two people sharing the bedroom) and the living room is large and has a sleeper sofa bed, an additional 2 guests could sleep there. Taking it up to 4 guests. We do have a Z-mattress as well. There are many configurations of our property to make your stay comfortable, just let us know what works best for you. Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply. ⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest. 🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement. If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs. 🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction. Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
