Perfect country house for families or small groups of friends who want to enjoy outdoor activities. You can go on bike rides in the surrounding area or go to the beach just 30 minutes away by car. The outdoor space is one of the highlights, a large garden surrounds the property, with lawn areas perfect for outdoor games, picnics and relaxation. The host lives next to the property. Other things to note The accommodation is completely independent, although the host lives on the same property. No parties or disco-type celebrations are allowed, and we ask that you do not use speakers to turn up the volume of the music too much. After midnight, please keep the music at a low volume. We ask you to use the water, electricity and consumables in the accommodation responsibly. No smoking inside of the house. No pets allowed. Please respect the agreed check-in and check-out times. If you need any changes, please let us know in advance so we can manage it. The pool will be available from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Adults are responsible for minors in their care while using the pool. Final cleaning is included, but we would appreciate it if you would leave the house in order and throw away the garbage before leaving.
