La Tonnara - The two seas

A historic Tonnara dating back to 1840 built on a small rocky promontory, overlooking the quiet Bagno beach. Surrounded by a private park, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 adults plus 2 children in the mezzanine and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area. A large terrace, with dining table, deckchairs and barbecue, allows you to enjoy the house inside and out. The space The building is made up of 3 apartments in total, ours is located on the ground floor, the coolest, and enjoys a double sea view, both towards the Bagno beach and towards the gulf of Procchio. Leave the car in our private parking space, go down a flight of steps under the pine forest and arrive directly at the entrance to the apartment. In front of the main entrance there is a first private outdoor space, partly with a loggia and equipped with a barbecue, from which you can go down to a small pebble and rocky beach (the only access by land, therefore always quiet). The living room is very bright and full of charm, thanks also to a beautiful wood stove; the kitchen, separated by a step from the rest of the room, is equipped with a large column fridge, electric oven and microwave. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and a quadruple bedroom (with mezzanine) and 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles. Newly installed air conditioning (only in the bedrooms). On the side overlooking the Bagno beach, there is still a private planted space and, practically on the beach, a fixed awning for the use of the guests of our two apartments.
