A small economical room in a completely renovated duplex house. It is a small space, simple and clean but provides essentials. Queen-size bed with memory mattress, with a shared bathroom, and shared living room, full kitchen, and laundry room. TV in the room. School bus nearby to FSU. To make a peaceful stay for every guest, you MUST acknowledge and agree to obey the house rules. The space It is one of the rooms in a duplex (5 bedrooms in each unit). Your room could be in either of the units depending on the availability. All the rooms are in the same configuration. NOTE it is a room listing, not the whole duplex nor one unit of the duplex. Check the listings of the whole duplex or one unit of the duplex if that is what you are looking for. Guest access The room, living room, Kitchen, laundry room, and shared bathroom. Other things to note Notice for Guest Welcome! NO smoking/drugs/pets/visitors allowed. A fine of $500 for violations. Parking policy: Park policy for the front unit: please park in the concrete lots designated for the front unit. Do not block the way to the back unit and the storage building. Park Policy for the back unit: please either park in front of the back unit, or on the grassland in the front yard of the house. Do not block the way to the storage building. Quiet time rule: Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Use of public areas should be self-restrained and as quiet as possible during the quiet time. NO laundry work during the quiet time. We do request that your group demonstrate utmost consideration for other guests/the neighborhood during your whole stay. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Event policy NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay. You may be asked to pay any potential loss due to your misbehavior. Pet policy: NO PET ALLOWED IN ANY CASE. For violations, a fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) will be charged depending on the situation. For service dogs, please make sure they stay in the room during your stay, and they cannot use the beddings. Please bring your own bed/crate for them. Public area policy: Public area use should be minimal and you are asked to show full respect to other guests. The public area should be clean after use and kept in neat status. No personal stuff in the public area. Do not put any used dishes back to their original storage area. One guest can only use reasonable utensils and can keep them during their stay. Put them into the dishwasher before you leave. Video surveillance agreement: A security camera may be installed outside near the front door. Visitor policy: No visitors allowed. An extra guest fee will be charged for overnight visitors. Check-out policy: Check-out time is 10 am. Ask for a grace period of up to 1 hour for free, but you are asked to allow the cleaning people to start the process if needed. Remove all of the trash in the room before you leave. Each room has its key. If you lock yourself, there is a $30 charge if the host needs to be present to unlock the door. Damage/Missing Policy Lost keys/lockboxs/TV remotes are $30 each.
