Cozy stay, surrounded by antiques, is located in a residential sector, with access to locomotion, close to mall, pubs, pharmacies and supermarkets. We have security cameras, spacious spaces and everything you need to make your stay the best. We also have: - Car entrance for one vehicle - Courtesies of the house (tea, coffee, sugar and sweetener) - Host available for information delivery - Private room - Towels available The space The room consists of a closet, desk, dresser for clothes, 1-seater bed with Cic hortopedic mattress and sheets. - Additionally, a body and hand towel is provided. - Bathroom has toilet paper and soap - In winter it has wood heating Guest access You can use the kitchen, living room, dining room, and shared areas Other things to note -The quiet hours must be respected from 12:00 am to 06:00 am - The house is fully equipped - There is wood-burning heating in winter - Gas by pipe, so there are no problems with running out of supply
