In additional to the work area adjacent to the living room, plenty of room for work and entertain! Beautiful lakes with walking trails are located within walking distance to the home. Violations will be subject to a $450 fee assessed upon check out. Guest access Access to entire house, and backyard! (Pantry & garage are closed off for Cleaners & Storage Supply room) You'll have access to 2 private outside drive way parking. Other things to note ✔️ Extra Guests| Please note that price listed is for up to 6 guests. After that, $10 per person, per night up to a total of 8 guests. ✔️ NO Parties or Events allowed | We appreciate our guests understanding to be respectful of neighbors. No parking/gathering of three (3) or more cars on driveway/street. There are onsite security cameras (outdoor only) being monitored for the safety of our guests and neighbors. ✔️ TRASH/RECYCLE service are Wednesdays and Saturdays by 7am. Please place/return bins on/from curbside for trash pick up Tuesday and Friday evenings. ✔️Lawn Maintenance will be accessing the home front lawn and backyard. Please note prior to booking. (Every 2 weeks without notice for about 15 minutes to maintain our landscaping) ✔️ Please help keep our house Smoke and Pet Free. Smoking (vaping included) in the house will result in a $450 cleaning fee that will be assessed after your stay. This will also apply to any pets that is in the unit. You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.
