The space In accordance with condominium regulations and to protect guests with allergies, pets are NOT allowed. In addition, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, but it is possible to smoke in the loggia, accessible from the living area, furnished with a table, chairs, and ashtrays. Guest access There are no architectural barriers in the paths to reach the apartment, and none in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a private car garage located in the basement from where you can reach the apartment directly via stairs and elevator, in addition to the condominium parking lots and all adjacent ones are large and free.
