Atypical estate 16-20 people

We offer you to rent our cottage which is just an old mill renovated by us. The estate includes: -The house for 10-12 people -Bubble for 2 people + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet ( accommodation not available in winter) -The 2 magical cabins for 4 people + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet -Kota sleeps 2 + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet The space We invite you to share our life in the countryside for a stay. Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in the municipality of Saint-Diéry, in the hamlet of Cheix. You will be 17min from Super Besse ski station for an array of outdoor activities. The house as well as the unusual annex accommodations can accommodate up to 18 people maximum in winter and 20 people maximum in the other seasons. The 115 m2 house is composed of 3 levels. On the ground floor is the living room. Warm and relaxed atmosphere. On the 1st floor is the kitchen + 1 bedroom with 160 bed with private bathroom + separate toilet. On the top floor 1 bedroom with 140 bed with bathroom + WC. 1 bedroom with double bunk bed. A sofa bed is provided in the mezzanine for 2 extra guests + 2 extra armchairs. On the terrace a table that can accommodate 12 people + 1 barbecue at your disposal. Outside, you have a wooden table that can seat up to 25 people. At the same time you will have access to the 2 cabins ( 4 people) as well as our bubble (2 people) and finally to the kota ( 2 people). The bubble will not be accessible in winter in view of the temperatures (unless requested by you). The showers of unusual accommodations will be cut off in case of negative temperature. You will have the 2 bathrooms in the house as well as cans at your disposal. The magical cabins have extra heaters as well as heated toppers. The bubble has heated topper. The kota has a radiator and heated mattress toppers. The Nordic bath (10 people) is available for your use throughout your stay. It will be up to you to manage it throughout your stay if you want to use it. Children are welcome, and we provide some toys and a travel cot. No high chairs. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Check-in and check-out will generally be done directly with us, and a deposit will be required before arrival. An on-site lockbox is also available if we are not there. Other things to note A bank guarantee in the amount of €1,500 will be required before check-in. This will be collected in the event of theft or damage during the stay. It will be released 7 days after your departure if no report has been made. Checks are not accepted for the security deposit.
