Atypical estate 16-20 people

We invite you to rent our gîte, which is an old mill renovated by us. The estate includes: - The house for 8-10 people - The bubble for 2 people + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet (accommodation not available in winter) - The 2 fairy cabins for 4 people + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet - The kota for 2 people + bathroom and outdoor dry toilet The space We invite you to share our life in the countryside for a stay. Stay in a house in the heart of a small village surrounded by nature. The gite is located in the municipality of Saint-Diéry, in the hamlet of Cheix. You will be 17min from Super Besse ski station for an array of outdoor activities. The house as well as the unusual annex accommodations can accommodate up to 18 people maximum in winter and 20 people maximum in the other seasons. The 115 m2 house is composed of 3 levels. On the ground floor is the living room/living room. Warm and laid-back atmosphere. On the 1st floor is the kitchen + 1 bedroom with 160 bed with private bathroom + separate toilet. On the top floor 1 bedroom with 140 bed with bathroom + WC. 1 bedroom with double bunk bed. A sofa bed is provided in the mezzanine for 2 extra guests + 2 extra armchairs. On the terrace a table sleeping 12 + 1 barbecue at your disposal. At the same time you will have access to the 2 cabins ( 4 people) as well as our bubble (2 people) and finally to the kota ( 2 people). The bubble will not be accessible in winter in view of the temperatures (unless requested by you). The showers of unusual accommodations will be cut off in case of negative temperature. You will have the 2 bathrooms in the house as well as cans at your disposal. The magical cabins have extra heaters as well as heated toppers. The bubble has heated topper. The kota has a radiator and heated mattress toppers. The Nordic bath (6 people) is at your disposal throughout your stay. It will be up to you to manage it throughout your stay if you want to use it. Children are welcome and we provide some toys and necessary equipment upon request (an umbrella bed). No pets allowed. Entry and exit will usually be done with us live and a deposit will be required upon arrival. An on-site lockbox is also available if we are not there.
