The space Apartment: - Located on the 11th floor, new complex, multi-storey building. The area is 45 sq.m. The apartment has one balcony, they overlook a cozy street and overlook the city. The design of the apartment is minimalistic, with taste, renovation. Double bed (180*200), one single bed. Comfortably accommodates two or three people Comfortable kitchen area with modern appliances (fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle). Available: cookware, tableware, cutlery, towels, salt/sugar, salt/sugar, tea. The quiet hours are from 10pm to 9 am. Follow fire safety rules 2. Do not open the door to unknown persons, whoever they introduce themselves (only upon agreement with your host or booking assistant) 5. Do not spoil furniture, wall and floor coverings, household items, interiors, appliances. - Discounts are available for longer stays - Check-in from 15:00. Checkout anytime before 11am - For events and parties, apartments are not provided (only for living). - Deposit 50 USD (refundable after check out and inspection of the apartment by the manager) - When checking in, please provide a passport and sign a contract. We can send the contract in advance upon request. We can also arrange a transfer upon request. - We are sincerely glad to see you! Guest access The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Smart TV Iron Hair dryer Vacuum cleaner Kitchen Ironing Board Kitchenware Bed linen, etc. Things to know At check-in, my assistant/ tsa will meet you, show you the place. A passport or ID will be required to receive the keys, we will take a picture and return it. You will also need to sign a daily agreement. You can always request it in advance before check-in. Also, if someone needs to register, we do it on request.
