1-bedroom apartment, located 1 block away from the famous Paulista Avenue and another tourist spots in Sao Paulo. The apartment is walk-distance to anything you could possibly need. The space Recently refurbished (Nov/2017), the apartment was inspired in Brazil colors: green kitchen and blue bathroom tiled by the architect Athos Bulcão. There is an ironing board and iron, kitchen equipped with the basics and beyond: blender, toaster, sandwich maker. The bed is ultra comfortable and one person can sleep in the pull out sofa. Bathroom with a brand new electric shower with chromotherapy. Towels, sheets and pillows: everything clean as it should be :) Other things to note Please throw your garbage in the garage (S1 is the button in the elevator) If your stay is +5 days and you will need extra cleaning, please let me know. I have a person to do it. A fee will be charged and payed directly to this person.
