A flat with a touch of color and a hint of madness. We are in the city center and have a place for max. 4 people suitable for rest, work and just a nice time. The entire apartment is fully equipped for short and long stays, and is also perfect for a stopover on a business trip. Located in the city center, close to pubs, cafes, but also green areas and the S8 Katowice - Warsaw route. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of a newly renovated building 400 m from the main square in the city. It has been fully equipped to make you feel at home. It consists of 2 bedrooms, each arranged very functionally, colorfully and cozily. The first room has a double bed (140 cm wide) with a comfortable mattress, a chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV with Netflix access. There are pillows of different hardness and extra blankets. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90 cm wide), a dresser, bedside table, wardrobe and flat screen TV with Netflix. Additional space is a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4 people. You don't have to bring things like tea, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil - it's all there. If you want to prepare meals yourself, the kitchen has a fridge, oven, electric stove, and a whole set of pots, pans, plates and everything you need to prepare and serve what you cook - for 4 people. The bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. You will find a shower with a rain shower, a set of towels, a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, and a disinfection kit. In the apartment, there is an additional wardrobe with an iron, ironing board, hangers, vacuum cleaner, mop, basic first aid kit, sewing kit. We do not accept pets as we are an allergy-friendly place. For children, we have a travel cot (ask for availability) and a box with toys and books. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal Other things to note You will check in yourself. Once you've accepted your reservation, you'll receive a message with directions to your parking space. You will receive a code for the intercom and a code for the key locker, which is located at the entrance door to the apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor. You can sometimes hear the neighbors living permanently, so respect the quiet hours. Due to the location, unfortunately, we do not have beautiful views outside the windows, but we hope that the interior climate will compensate for this only inconvenience. The apartment has no air conditioning, but it is equipped with a column fan.
