The space Welcome to the owl's nest – your retreat in the Habichtswald In the middle of the countryside, surrounded by old trees, meadows and a wide view, lies the owl's nest – a lovingly developed circus wagon on the edge of the forest. Here everything is designed for retreat, deceleration and simplicity. For you alone, as a couple or with a dog – the tiny house offers everything you need in a small space to take a deep breath. Inside you will find a cozy double bed, a small, well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and of course a wood-burning stove that provides cozy warmth on cool evenings. Outside there is a terrace where you can eat, read or simply look out into the countryside. 🍻 New & special: Prost & Post – the beer greeting from home Because our guests come from all corners of Germany (and beyond), this little idea was born: Prost & Post – the beer greeting from home. A shelf in the refrigerator is now reserved for regional beer specialties intended for guests. If you like, bring a bottle or two from your own homeland – whether it's a Helles from Bavaria, a pale ale from Berlin, or a spicy country beer from the village – and in return, you can take a foreign beer from the refrigerator. This creates a fluid exchange of taste, home and culture – without words. A small ritual that connects—and perhaps creates surprise moments at sunset on the wooden terrace or by the crackling stove. 🧺 What else guests should know The owl's nest is self-sufficient, secluded, and yet easily accessible. Dogs are welcome – the property is fenced. Linens, towels, WiFi, basic kitchen amenities – everything is there. Check-in is contactless & flexible. I look forward to your beers. And to you. Guest access The access road is located on the side of the property where the hosts live. The property has a separate entrance and a secluded terrace. The area is completely fenced. Other things to note The house is a non-smoking house. An ashtray is available outside for smoking. Please leave the tiny house swept clean before departure. Please wash the dishes. This soul place is a unique piece, which was built with a lot of love and personal contribution over several years by a family. Please have respect and treat it with love🫶.
