This spacious tiny is a single level retreat equipped with a comfy King size bed and 65'' TV. The skylit shower let's you soak in the sun rays underneath the rainfall showerhead. Rinse off the beach sand under the outdoor shower for that true nature experience. Enjoy your enclosed deck, firepit, bbq and eating space that crosses over from inside to outside. Nearby grab a coffee, a meal, take your furry friend for a run on the dog friendly beaches (plural). Just relax this holiday you deserve it. The space PRIVACY/ENTRANCE/PARKING This property is entirely self contained and fully fenced with its own entrance from the free off-street parking directly in front the of the fence. There is ample parking space for up to 3 vehicles and/or trailer / caravan / boat or arguably a commercial truck. OUTSIDE/YARD Enjoy the yard to the Tiny, all to yourself. The yard includes: - 🚿 Outdoor shower (with cold and HOT water) - 🤩 Bespoke mural (are you familiar with the poem that inspired this beautiful piece of artwork?) - ✨Garden lights (great lightening to enjoy the space at night, absolutely transforms the space at night) - 👨‍🍳 Baby Webber BBQ - 🔥Fire pit (wood, fire starters included) - 🎋Bamboo tree perimeter for added privacy and vibes - 🐶 Dog house and bowls - Sitting areas - Eating area - Grassed areas - Jackie the Jacaranda (sits in the yard and provides amble shade - at the end of October Jackie brings those magic touches of purple before returning to her full green canopy) INSIDE THE TINY (Description is work in progress 😜) PETS One well behaved pet is allowed (multiples can be requested and approved on a case by case basis, message to discuss). Please note that a one off pet fee is incurred (ensure your pet is included in the booking selection details to reflect this pricing. Guest access When entering your private space you are able to use the provided lockbox to access the Tiny without the need to interact with the host. One less thing to worry about if you require a late checkIN. Other things to note Please note this lovely Tiny does NOT INCLUDE A MICROWAVE. In addition to the Baby Webber BBQ on the deck, you will find an electric fry pan with lid, toaster and kettle under the sink to prepare/warm food. Underneath the sink (to the left) you will find a bar fridge to hold small drinks/food items and an ice tray. In order to provide additional (temporary) counter space, you will find a shelf hung on the left side of the kitchenette that can be placed on top of the left drawer when pulled out.
