Located 300 m from the beach, this beautiful architectural villa will seduce you with its Creole charm, large terrace and exceptional view. The design of the villa is inspired by the architecture of the old Creole houses and enjoys natural air conditioning thanks to the traditional layout of its openings equipped with shutters, for an eco-responsible experience. The space Upstairs, you will find the 82 m² "Turquoise Green" T3 consisting of a large equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a separate bathroom and toilet, two bedrooms with fans and mosquito nets and a living room with a beautiful cathedral ceiling. This living room opens onto a large 62 m² terrace from where you can admire the legendary sunsets over the Caribbean Sea. A last independent bedroom on the ground floor, 23 m² has a bathroom and toilet. Guest access The entire property is reserved for you, except for a technical room, a garage in which I keep some personal effects and equipment, and a fourth bedroom located on the ground floor that is not included in your rental (this room will not be rented during your stay). Other things to note There is a raised terrace and stairs, young children must be supervised.
