With a functional open area with bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, you will be at the centre of Alfama district. This is the area where most tourist attractions are. This is the century renovated apartment where you can experience the environment in one of the most typical neighborhoods of Lisbon. You'll have a double bed in the living room, where two people can sleep. Our property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Located in Alfama, a privileged neighbourhood of Lisbon, close to the Castelo de S. Jorge, São Vicente church, coffee shops, mini-market, grocery shops, good and typical Portuguese restaurants, bars. Guests should expect to hear some noise during their stay. For example, traffic, construction, or nearby businesses. The excellent location offers you an experience of the life of locals, which turn to a unique and special place. From here, you can take Tram 28 to our apartment! Apart from that, the apartment is just 12 min walking distance from the Santa Apolónia Train Station and Metro. If you come by car, you can park the car in the parking lot: Parque de Estacionamento das Portas do Sol Beco de Santa Helena 21, 1100-117 Lisboa. And walk 350 metres to reach the apartment. Other things to note Please read our instruction page carefully, in case you need anything, feel free let us know, we will send person to assistant. Guest should know before booking: There are potential noise. Must climb narrow stairs. Check-in time is at 3pm or later. Guests should contact the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival. Check-out time is 11am or earlier. Late check-out is available at an extra cost. Please do not throw paper, towels, feminine hygiene products or trash into the toilet. If found, will have a penalty. Please note that we can offer more blankets if you need, but the duvet in the closet is at extra 30€ cost. The crib is at extra 20€ cost. It is very hard for us to remove makeup stains from towels so please don't use the towels to remove makeup. Otherwise, we will charge 10€ if found. We shall provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom, if you need more toilet paper you will have to go out and buy it yourself. After the check-out, if you leave anything in the apartment, please note that we will only keep your stuff for three days. No pets allowed Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10pm. No parties or events allowed. Lost keys fee: The cost of a new key and/or changing the locks has a fee of 150€ Left the key on the back keyhole of the door which doesn't allow us to open the door from outside: The cost of calling the fireman and/or breaking the lock has a fee of 100€ Please note that if you need any assistance after 10pm ( for example, helping to open the door, passing the key and so on), we will collect an extra late service fee (20€). Strict policy on the number of guests. For extra guests, they should pay 20€ per person per night. Strictly no smoking is allowed inside the apartment. Penalty is 300€ if found. Please don't activate other chargeable TV channels, otherwise we will charge 20€ if found. This apartment is at ground floor and there is 1.5 bathrooms in the apartment, there might be some sewer smell when weather not good. Also there might be humid air during rain season.
