Columbia Street Carriage House

Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fully fenced with a gated entrance offering privacy, a fire pit, covered patio, and large deck. The city park is located next door with a private acces gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions. The space Offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with full kitchen and laundry. 1 queen mattress (situated as a daybed, so the headboard is not at the head of the bed; you sleep sideways) and 1 full mattress. TV’s in every room, WiFi internet. 2 recliners in living room with desk. Guest access Guests have access to all the areas of the Carriage House and outside areas mentioned in listing which include patios and deck areas. Other things to note Please note that our queen bed is sideways in the main bedroom. This was the only way we could fit a queen bed in this room comfortably. The headboard will be on the side of the bed against the wall. You will notice chickens moving around the property. They are harmless and very curious and friendly. Please do not attempt to hold them. We offer fresh organic eggs to our guests and if there are none in the kitchen when you arrive, simply message us to request more. We will gladly bring you some. We also have a friendly cat, named Tiny. He is an orange tabby and extremely friendly. If you see him outside, he will likely approach you and want to socialize.
