New guest house, Rokycany

In our guest house, you will be welcomed by a pleasant cozy atmosphere with a scent of newness. It is a short walk from us to the train station in the direction of Pilsen and Prague, but at the same time our house is in a quiet neighborhood full of greenery. Rokycany is also located right at the entrance to the D5 highway, which will take you to Prague in about 50 minutes and to Pilsen in 15 minutes. You can sleep on one double bed and one sofa bed. A baby travel cot is also available. The space The cottage is located in our private garden, which guests can also use by prior arrangement. In the summer months, there is a large trampoline with a protective net for use, and there is also a children's playhouse in the garden. Cozy newly built cottage in the garden hidden from the street behind the main house. It is completely separate from the main building. Ground floor with kitchen (electric microwave/sink/stove - no oven), bathroom (spacious shower, toilet with bidet, sink, towel dryer/heater), TV corner (47' Samsung Smart TV, older model, no local broadcast reception, TV is online, supports Youtube, Amazon Prime, etc. (Netflix is not supported), hdmi/usb supported) with a sofa bed (full double bed). The first floor is an open loft with a double bed. Travel cot available (children's bed linen on request). Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, in the bathroom and upstairs there are radiators. We will be happy to answer any questions or discuss other amenities that may be needed for your comfortable stay. Free parking is possible in a quiet street (the house is in a pedestrian zone). The town of Rokycany with 14,000 inhabitants is located between Pilsen (15 minutes by car/10 minutes by train) and Prague (45 minutes by car to the metro/1 hour and 10 minutes by direct train to the center). Our house is close to the D5 highway (Prague/Pilsen/Nuremberg), the main train/bus station is 8-minute walk - so it is a great base for exploring the nearby and distant beauties of the Czech Republic and Europe. The immediate neighborhood is a quiet small-town suburb full of greenery built in the 1920s. Around the corner is a local mini-brewery with a petanque and bowling alley (including the possibility of renting equipment), a large eco-park Rakováček with a playground. The city center with the square, several restaurants (including Czech/Chinese/Indian/Turkish) restaurants, a museum and other services is a 10-minute walk. One of the attractions in Rokycany is the Museum on the Demarcation Line exhibiting historical military vehicles and technologies, celebrating the liberation of Western Bohemia in the last days of World War II. There are several supermarkets in the city (Kaufland, Lidl, Billa, etc.), as well as several convenience stores closed in the late evening hours and 24-hour open gas stations with shops. Neighboring Pilsen is home to Pilsner beer, hosts the largest pub in the Czech Republic, has a rich historical heritage, a beautiful city center with many restaurants and offers many interesting experiences.
