New guest house, Rokycany

In our guest house, you will be welcomed by a pleasant cozy atmosphere with a scent of newness. It is a short walk from us to the train station in the direction of Pilsen and Prague, but at the same time our house is in a quiet neighborhood full of greenery. Rokycany is also located right at the entrance to the D5 highway, which will take you to Prague in about 50 minutes and to Pilsen in 15 minutes. You can sleep on one double bed and one sofa bed. A baby travel cot is also available. The space The cottage is located in our private garden, which guests can also use by prior arrangement. There is a children's playhouse in the garden. A cozy, newly built cottage in the garden, tucked away from the street behind the main house. It is completely separate from the main building. Basic floor with kitchen (el. microwave/sink/stove - no oven), bathroom (surround shower, toilet with bidet, sink, towel dryer/heater), TV corner (47' Samsung Smart TV, older model, no local broadcast reception, TV is online, supports Youtube, Amazon Prime, etc. (Netflix not supported), hdmi/usb supported) with folding sofa (unfolded full size double bed). The second floor is an open loft with a queen-size bed. Travel cot available (children's bedding on request). There is underfloor heating on the entire ground floor, and there are radiators in the bathroom and on the upper floor. We'll be happy to answer any questions or discuss any additional amenities that might be needed for your comfortable stay. Free parking is available on a quiet street (the house is in a pedestrian zone). The town of Rokycany, with a population of 14,000, is located between Pilsen (15 minutes by car / 10 minutes by train) and Prague (45 minutes by car or metro / 1 hour and 10 minutes by direct train to the city center). Our house is close to the D5 highway (Prague/Plzeň/Nuremberg), and the main train/bus station is an 8-minute walk away, making it an excellent base for exploring the beauty of the Czech Republic and Europe, both near and far. Right nearby is a quiet, small-town suburb full of greenery, built in the 1920s. Around the corner is a local microbrewery with petanque playgrounds and sticks (including the possibility of renting equipment), a large eco park Rakováček with playgrounds. The city center, featuring a square, several restaurants (including Czech/Chinese/Indian/Turkish), a museum, and other services, is a 10-minute walk away. One of the attractions in Rokycany is the Museum on the Demarcation Line, which displays historical military vehicles and technology, commemorating the liberation of Western Bohemia in the final days of World War II. There are several supermarkets in the town (Kaufland, Lidl, Billa, etc.), as well as several convenience stores that close late at night and 24-hour gas stations with shops. The nearby city of Plzeň is the home of Pilsner beer, boasts the largest pub in the Czech Republic, has a rich historical heritage, a beautiful city center with numerous restaurants, and offers many interesting experiences.
