Welcome to JAMA homes! Enjoy Erlangen and its wonderful green surroundings in our 2 apartments next to Dechsendorf in the middle of nature. Our modern apartments offer everything you need for a great stay in Erlangen: → 3 bedrooms (separate beds on request). → Smart-TV & WLAN → NESPRESSO coffee machine → Kitchenette with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and much more. → free parking place at the accommodation → towels and bed linen we provide The space Spend your stay in our 2 lovingly furnished vacation apartments in Erlangen/Dechsendorf at the Heusteg. The apartments offer you a soothing view of nature through large and bright windows. There are altogether 10 sleep places on 2 dwellings distributed (one accommodation for 6 persons and one accommodation for 4 persons). There are a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds available (for details please refer to the photos :)). In the bedrooms there is a possibility to put the beds separately in the room, so that everyone has his own bed to sleep on (90x200cm each). But the beds can also simply be put together as in the pictures, so that you can enjoy 180cmx200cm lying area :). Both apartments have modern, large kitchens with everything you need for cooking. Furthermore, we provide you with wine and champagne glasses. At the large round dining tables you can eat together with 6 or 4 people or end the evening with a board game on our sideboard. Both apartments have a desk, which is perfect for home office or remote working. A multiple socket for charging your technical devices is definitely available in the apartments. There is a fantastic balcony in the accommodation for 4 persons and a small and nice terrace with garden furniture in the accommodation for 6 persons where you can enjoy the sunset. Free wifi is offered with a real speed of 100 mbt/s. The large apartment is located on the first floor in the left half of the house. The small apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is an elevator available. So both apartments are barrier-free and accessible to everyone! :) Our apartment is always professionally cleaned before guests move in. The extended cleaning protocol of Airbnb is not a mandatory check mark for us, but is taken seriously. Furthermore, both apartments have a pleasantly large bathroom with a ground-level shower. In the accommodation for 6 persons there is a large bathtub in the bathroom and a separate guest toilet. On the fold-out sofa beds it is possible to sleep comfortably with 2 people each. If you arrive with more than 6 people, we will of course prepare one or both sofa beds (depending on the number of people) for you. Guest access You have unrestricted use of the 2 entire accommodations. You can park your cars safely and comfortably in front of the building in the marked area. The left outer parking lot belongs to the large apartment in the left half of the house on the first floor. The right outer parking lot belongs to the small apartment in the right half of the house on the upper floor. If you arrive with more than one car, you can also park on the street. Please do not park in front of driveways so as not to obstruct anyone. Thank you very much.
