The space Casa da Ponta Negra was built in 2023 in the Ponta Negra vineyards in São Lourenço Bay. Its location on the seafront allows a stunning view of the bay, beach and sea. It is a 2-story house, with the ground floor consisting of a living and dining room, kitchen and toilet. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom. It also has access to a small terrace overlooking the vineyards at the rear of the house. Outside, it has a dining area with a barbecue grill and, on a higher level, it has a deck with a heated Jacuzzi and sun loungers. It also has a toilet with an outdoor shower. It also has a small storage annex. Guest access The house is located in the São Lourenço Bay Nature Reserve. At check-in and check-out, guests will be accompanied by the Host to help them with luggage transportation and show them the features of the house and outdoor equipment. Other things to note After making your reservation, you must inform the approximate time of your check-in, as well as the flight number for arrival on the island of Santa Maria.
