The space Our apartment features a master bedroom suite complete with a king-size bed, attached bath, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a king-size bed as well with a walk-in closet. The second bath is located conveniently across the hall from the second bedroom. The spacious living room features a sleeper sofa complete with a queen-size memory foam mattress topper for additional comfort and, of course, a 50” TV to stream any big event, game or movie you desire! The full kitchen comes stocked with all the essentials needed to cook and store any delicious meals you make or have left over from any of the mouthwatering restaurants around the city! Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the city skyline, made in our Keurig. The unit also contains a washer and dryer for your convenience. High-speed WiFi is also available for all your streaming needs. Each bathroom comes fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hairdryer, towels, washcloths, and other limited toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Forget to pack your beach towel, but still want to take a dip in the rooftop pool? No worries, we can provide each guest with a beach towel to use during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the heated saltwater pool on the rooftop, fitness center, lounge areas, game room, and outdoor barbeque space complete with fire pits and grills. Permit #- STRP2022050460 Other Things to Note As with any property located in the heart of a bustling city, there is the potential for exterior noise, such as music, traffic, construction, etc. While most guests don’t tend to have issues with the background noise, please be aware that it may exist and is outside of our control.    Additionally, this is a multiple-unit property. Amenities and maintenance are monitored by building management. We as hosts can not control whether certain amenities, including but not limited to the pool, common area, fitness center, etc. are unavailable at any given time. We apologize for any inconvenience or interruption in the availability of these amenities, but we will do our best to immediately communicate any closure of amenities. Refunds or cancellations beyond the cancellation period will not be honored for lack of amenity availability. Other things to note Guests will be given an access code for the key Cafe, which is found in the building lobby before arrival. Parking is available in our secure parking garage for $25/ night.
