The space This stunning two bedroom apartment sleeps up to four people. It has a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board, Wifi, Satellite TV. All two bedrooms come equipped with each individual air con, including the dining room. It has a massive East facing balcony towards the Rock of Gibraltar, equipped with a dining table for six. This spacious balcony is the ideal place to enjoy your morning cup of English tea or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Alternatively you can make use of one of the seven swimming pools, six open air jacuzzi's, heated lap pool and tropical landscaped gardens. This fabulous two bedroom is located in the luxurious Royal Ocean Plaza development. A revitalising haven of high end luxury accommodation, lush tropical gardens, swimming pools, lap pool and jacuzzi’s. An oasis within Gibraltar from where you can enjoy views to the historic part of Gibraltar and only a stones throw away from the popular Ocean Village Marina, Leisure Island, Marina Bay, World Trade Center, casino, Sunborn luxury yacht and the historic Casemates Square. 10-15 minutes walk from Queensway Quay with great facilities and many fine restaurants. The new Chatham Counterguard restaurant and "tapas" restaurant area is only a 5 minutes walk and numerous other eateries nearby. This elegant two bedroom is ideal for short stays. It faces a easterly direction towards the beautiful Rock of Gibraltar and the historic Moorish Castle. Host will meet you for the check in by the main entrance to the building. Royal Ocean Plaza is a residential building and not a holiday apartment block. Therefore it's important that all guests respect the following rules: - Not being a nuisance to other residents, no screaming, shouting and slamming doors. - No rubbish or cigarette ends to be discarded over the balconies. - No open fire BBQ's. - No laundry or washing lines over or next to the balustrade glass. (kept to the rear and out of view) - Strictly no parties in the apartment or on the balconies. - Quiet time after 10pm. SHORT LET RULES: - Short lets must register themselves at security reception and provide proof of booking and photo ID. - Full names and passport numbers must be provided 24 hours before arrival. - Access cards will be available from the security office between 07:30hrs and 17:00hrs, 7 days a week. - Cards can be collected and paid for by the agents in advance of their clients arrival but cards can't be left with security. - Cards will only be issued to the maximum number entitled for the number of bedrooms in the apartment. The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests across two bedrooms. A sofa bed is available to accommodate up to 2 additional guests for an extra fee of £30 per person, per night. These guests will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Pool Access Policy: The complex allows pool access for up to 4 registered guests only, in line with community rules to prevent overcrowding. If your booking includes 5 or 6 guests, only the first 4 guests will have pool access. The remaining guests will still be welcome to stay in the apartment but will not be entitled to use the pool facilities. This setup is ideal for larger groups who don't plan to use the pool but wart a more affordable way to stay together. Pool access per apartment type: Two bedroom: maximum 4 cards or 2 cards and two child’s under 16. - All persons wishing to use the facilities may be asked to provide proof of entry: valid pool access card. - Access cards to Royal Ocean Plaza, including Resort Area access must be purchased in security at £15 per card in cash only. (as of 16 years and older) NOT OPTIONAL Guest access Guests can use all of the apartment. IMPORTANT to read Short-Let rules in "The Property" section.
