Ideal for 4 to 5 people, it has a friendly living room with wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. A 10-minute walk from the village and the lake, you can enjoy a privileged location to discover Clairvaux-les-Lacs and its surroundings. Hiking, biking, nature, lakes and waterfalls... everything is within easy reach. The space On the ground floor: - Fully equipped modern kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, capsules, kettle, toaster...). - Bright living room with comfortable living room, dining area and wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere.(Wood provided), and direct access to the terrace. - a living room with sofa, TV with TNT channels. - Bedroom with high-end bedding: double bed (160 x 200) and storage. - a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and towel rail. Upstairs: - dormitory with 3 single beds (90 x 190) and storage. Deck: - garden furniture - garden table - umbrella - BBQ (charcoal not included) Amenities: - Wi-Fi connection - Private parking on site - Secure space for bikes or skis - Laundry room with washer and dryer available. - Fondue and raclette appliances (available on request). - Baby crib (available on request). Guest access Access to the entire property and its grounds. Other things to note Linens and towels included for stays of 7 nights or more. Optional (for stays of less than 7 nights): bed linen: €10/bed; towels: €5/person. Possibility to also rent a second gîte, located right next door, with a capacity of 5 people.
