You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a roomy bathroom, and a small fridge with a freezer. We provide high-speed internet and a dining area with two chairs, perfect for both meals and productive online work. Guest access There is a shared rooftop terrace on the fourth floor accessible through the narrow spiral staircase. Other things to note Acces to the apartment and rooftop is by a narrow spiral staircase. Winter 2024 we installed a water filter in the kitchen for purified water. We offer every 7 days a change of sheets and towels. We will deliver a new set at your apartment. For monthly rentals : Normal use of electricity is included, 500 pesos per 4 weeks. If more is used this will be charged extra at check out.
