The space This is a 2 storey detached house in Poolfold area of Biddulph, near National Trust Grange Gardens. The house has spacious gardens to the front, side and rear - with decking, summerhouse and sit-in greenhouse. I have a large drive for private off-street parking. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - all upstairs and renovated with the intention for calm, warmth and timelessness. This listing is for the large bedroom with ensuite bathroom for your exclusive use; It's a large space with garden views, and tea & coffee making facilities. I also offer a smaller twin room with use of a separate bathroom. While you have your own private room with ensuite bathroom, please note that other guests may occasionally be staying in the second guest room, sharing the communal lounge and kitchen. This is a no-smoking and no-shoe household. To protect the carpets, I ask that guests don't wear shoes upstairs in the house (slippers only). Also, don't smoke inside the property. Kitchen - You're welcome to use the kitchen to store food you bring, and prepare meals. You can eat either in the kitchen or dining room.
