The space This is a 2 storey detached house in Poolfold area of Biddulph, near National Trust Grange Gardens. The house has spacious gardens to the front, side and rear - with decking, summerhouse and sit-in greenhouse. I have a large drive for private off-street parking. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - all upstairs and recently renovated with the intention for calm, warmth and timelessness. This listing is for the large bedroom with ensuite bathroom for your exclusive use; It's a large space with garden views, and tea & coffee making facilities. I also offer a smaller twin room with use of a separate bathroom. This is a no-smoking and no-shoe household. To protect the carpets, I ask that guests don't wear shoes upstairs in the house (slippers only). Also, don't smoke inside the property. Kitchen - You're welcome to use the kitchen to store food you bring, and prepare meals. You can eat either in the kitchen or dining room.
