The kitchen is equipped with a full oven, spacious refrigerator, and plenty of storage. 🚨—-DISCLAIMERS—- 🚨 Important notice about utilities (please read): 1️⃣ In the city of San Juan del Sur, water interruptions and occasional power outages are very common due to factors such as road or construction work, storms, water-saving measures by the city, or scheduled maintenance. These situations are outside of the host’s control and affect the entire neighborhood. The property is equipped with 2 water storage tanks, which usually help during short interruptions. However, if the water supply is cut for several days, the tanks can run empty, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do except wait for the city to restore service. Please note that restoration times are unpredictable — outages may last several hours or longer, and exact timelines are often not provided in advance. If water or electricity is interrupted during your stay, please understand that this is not caused by the property or the host. We will always communicate with the relevant services, keep you informed, and update you as soon as we receive information about restoration times. Thank you for your understanding 🙏🏻 2️⃣ Insects or bugs may enter the property if you LEAVE THE DOORS or WINDOWS OPEN. Please keep an eye on this and avoid bugs inside the apartment. We won’t be responsible for inconveniences due to not following recommendations. 3️⃣ During rainy season water leaks and humidity could occur spontaneously in the walls or ceiling of the apartment. If heavy rain creates leaks or humidity please notify us to know about this and try to fix the problem when there’s no rain. This WILL NOT BE A VALID REASON to ask for reimbursement, because the property will be handed to you in good condition. Guest access The apartment’s delimited area. Other things to note This apartment in located on a second floor and has a balcony with glass around it. Be cautious if you plan to come with kids. Pets are allowed but there’s a cost: Pet fee $10 per pet per night, maximum 1 pet allowed. The apartment is not beach front, but is close to different beaches. The apartment does not have a pool. Security cameras outside of the property. Expect some noise during the day due to construction (contractor could be building houses near the property). Drive slow inside the neighborhood because there could be kids and families walking around. Maintain music levels low specially at night, it’s a rule in the neighborhood.
