Bay Breezes Apartment is in a residential area just 7-10 mins bike ride from the main docks/drag. It's a comfortable apartment with nice outdoor spaces to encourage you to wind down and GO SLOW! It's palapa with swings and an outdoor BBQ is ideal for cooking island style and a rooftop with hammocks is great for star gazing with a drink of your choice, or simply have coffee in the morning. A small outdoor sink for clothes washing helps you have a no fuss vacation. The space Bay Breezes Apartments is located in a new, quiet neighborhood on Caye Caulker. Host can arrange taxi pick up from the PGIA to water taxi in the city (30 usd per couple) and golf cart pick up at CC dock to apartment(5usd each). It sits just two open properties away from the Bay of Caulker, an ideal spot to catch all the clean bay breezes, and see the sea and boats in bay. The yard is enclosed to allow for privacy and security. It has a palapa with swings, a barbeque pit, open areas for lounging, and trees for shade. Apartments have balconies and come with bikes for easy transportation to and from the main village. The nearest grocery store across the street and a supermarket is two minutes away by bike. Each unit has a kitchen with a sink, stovetop, a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, pots, pan etc., sofa and dining area. Each apartment has a private bath, towels, and hot/cold water. Bedrooms have a queen bed, closet, and nightstand with reading lamps and cable T.V. Apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans, and the windows are screened. There is a common upper deck with chairs and tables and hammocks. It is an ideal spot to see the sunset, stars at night or enjoy quiet coffee in the morning. Smoking is allowed outside.
