Explore Kissimmee: A Central Hub for Attractions Our villa is nestled in a quiet gated community, short drive from Disney parks/Universal Studious, Sea World and close to the airport, major highways, and less than an hour from west coast beaches. Property has security cameras: - Front door video doorbell - Entrance camera - Driveway camera - Pool camera Guest access Self check in with keypad. Never loose the key! Other things to note Pool Heating Details: - Our saltwater pool is available for heating at an additional fee of $24/day, reaching a cozy 85-90 degrees for your enjoyment. Please note, pool heating is effective with ambient temperatures above 55F. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if the pool does not reach the desired temperature due to cold weather. Heating is initiated on the day of check-in, without the option to pre-heat. Also, the pool pump operates on a scheduled cycle, not continuously 24/7. Swimming Safety: - Please be aware, there is no lifeguard on duty at both our private pool and the community pool. Swimming is at your own risk. We urge guests to always supervise children and swim with caution. Grill Usage: - A gas grill and utensils are provided for your culinary adventures. We kindly ask that you clean the grill after use to avoid additional cleaning charges. Should you run out of gas, you're welcome to exchange the tank and forward the receipt for reimbursement. Alternatively, notify us, and we will replace an empty tank within 24 hours. Community Gym Access: - The community gym is available for guest use, with entry limited to individuals 18 years and older. It's a great way to keep up with your fitness routine during your stay. Community Pool Guidelines: - Our community pool, which is not heated, welcomes you from dawn to dusk. For the safety and enjoyment of all, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we do not allow glass containers by the pool and ask that you keep music at a respectful volume. Remember, swimming is at your own risk as no lifeguard is on duty. By respecting these guidelines, we ensure a safe, enjoyable, and worry-free experience for all our guests.
