Welcome to the Altstadt-Malerhaus Einbeck. Our 120 square meter large and stylish vacation apartment for up to 6 people is located on the 1st floor of a 150 year old half-timbered house. The house was the living and working place of our great-grandfather Karl Schrader. He was a painter in two senses: a master painter and an artist. Thanks to its central location, the PS-Speicher, the brewery, the market square, the historic churches, the municipal museum and the ramparts and parks are all within easy walking distance. In the immediate vicinity, paths along the Ilme, through meadows, mountains and forests invite you to go hiking and cycling. A private parking lot as well as motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces are available. The apartment offers 120 square meters of space for families and small groups of up to 6 people. The non-smoking apartment has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with TV, stereo system and a well-stocked bookshelf, a large kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and dining area for 6 people, bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC. Thanks to WLAN and desks in two of the bedrooms and in the living room, the apartment is also ideal for business travelers. A small outdoor seating area invites you to enjoy the evening sun. A stair lift also enables older people and people with walking difficulties to reach the apartment on the 1st floor. The artistic ceiling paintings in the large hallway and the many oil paintings and watercolors all contribute to the special charm of this apartment. And anyone who feels inspired by the many pictures to get creative themselves will find a wide range of paints, brushes, painting paper and easels in the store on the first floor.
