The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with multiple living spaces, and the garage includes a spacious bedroom suite with full bathroom. The space Inside the main house, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, overlooking a sitting area and dining table. The living room TV opens to a delightful covered porch overlooking the ocean. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). A convenient powder room is located downstairs, and upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom with a tiled shower and a separate bathtub. The recently finished basement provides extra living space for gaming and/or movie watching. This harmonious layout ensures both convenience and comfort throughout your stay. The main house accommodates up to 7 guests between two bedrooms and a finished basement. Should you need more space, there is a spacious bedroom suite above the garage, accommodating up to 3 additional guests. The garage space offers a queen bed with a trundle that can lift to create a king-size bed, as well as a coffee/tea area, a full bathroom with shower, and a balcony with ocean views. Two single-person kayaks are stored in the garage with oars and life jackets for guest use. One person can maneuver a kayak through the yard and down to the shoreline via our private beach access. Tree swing in the yard overlooking the ocean and marina provides fun for both kids and adults alike! Just a 2-minute walk from Paul's Marina, offering marine services and delicious food.
