Situated in a countryside location, this unique place has a style all of its own. If you have any questions message us at Bonington Farm - Sutton Bonington The space Downstairs is one open room: a curved kitchen with a fluted Belfast sink and brass fittings, a small dining table for two, and a seating area built around the wood-burning stove. It’s a proper cook’s kitchen - oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge - everything you need for a few days without a supermarket run. A curved staircase leads up to the mezzanine bedroom, where a king-size bed sits beneath floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides. Waking up here means fields before anything else, with battery-powered blackout blinds for the mornings you’d rather not. The shower room is on the ground floor, with a walk-in rainfall shower and Aesop products. Underfloor heating runs throughout, so the whole silo stays warm without the log burner doing all the work. We are on the flight path to East Midlands airport and so you can on occassion hear noise from airplanes going overhead. We do supply earplugs for the comfort of your stay should you need them Guest access The Grain Store is entirely yours, with its own entrance and no shared space with the other stays. It’s one of four individually-let properties at Bonington Farm - Molly’s Cabin, Pamella’s Place and Freya’s Farmhouse are booked separately and sit nearby, and can be combined with the Grain Store for larger groups staying across the farm at the same time. Other things to note We do live on the farm and so we ask you are considerate when using the driveway - we have a small child who could be out playing. Our house is the black barn and so we ask that you respect our privacy and do not wander around that way. If you are looking to book our space for a photoshoot/videography, you must notify us prior to booking. Failure to do so can result in us shutting down the booking. If you are looking to host an event or party please get in touch as we do charge a fee Please note that we do not allow additional visitors who aren’t included on the booking Please do not go ahead with a booking and then do any of the above, we have others in the building to think about and so we balance this out with them prior to accepting. Anyone found to be breaking our guidelines will have their booking cancelled.
