The space Description of the house and its amenities Our house is equipped to accommodate up to 16 people, distributed in 4 bedrooms. Each room has beds of 2 and a half squares, offering an ideal rest for large groups or families. The house has: • 4 rooms • 4 full bathrooms • Large living/dining area • Stocked kitchen • 2 Terrazas • BBQ grill • Laundromat In addition, it has all the essential amenities: WiFi, hot water, and more, so you can have a comfortable and carefree stay. For your convenience, you will find liquid hand soap and dishwasher in the kitchen. Towels are not included, so we ask you to bring your own so you can enjoy your stay without any inconvenience. Groups of senior friends can also be accommodated, as long as they respect the rules of the club and accommodation. • Small family gatherings or celebrations are allowed, as long as the volume is kept moderate and the condominium's coexistence is respected. • No disco parties, DJs, live music, events, or professional sound equipment are allowed at any time. • Do not stick decorations, balloons, posters, lights, or other items on walls, ceilings, doors, or furniture, or use tape, masking tape, silicone, glue, or hooks. Any damage or residue that spoils the paint or surfaces will be charged as damage. • The use of pyrotechnics, firecrackers or colored confetti inside the house is forbidden. These items are dangerous and can stain the light floor, making them very difficult to clean. In case of non-compliance, an additional cleaning fee will be applied. •Guest list Due to condominium rules, once the guest list has been sent, no changes or substitutions can be made. Please send it in full and correct before your arrival. In addition, the person making the reservation on Airbnb must be part of the group and be present during the stay. •Use of terraces Please note that hanging clothes on the terraces is not allowed.
