Other things to note Guest will be required to submit a copy of a legal ID such as a driver’s license or passport in order to be registered with the building. (Only registered guests have access to the amenities) We will have one if our staff come meet you in the lobby to give you access. It is your responsibility to let us know the exact time of arrival so we can coordinate to meet you there at that time. Our regular check-in time is between 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM *In case a check-in after 9:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply. Guests must finish check-out by 11:00 AM. If a late check-out is needed please request it beforehand. A fee is applicable if available. As we have multiple check-ins/outs in the same day, we appreciate your understanding. ***Parking : Our hotel offers paid valet parking only. This is a separate service provided by the building. Parking rates are : $16 - 1 hour $24 - 4 hours $42- 24 hours Please note no re-entry service provided, charges apply each time you take out your car. The unit is strictly non-smoking.
