Take it easy at this unique and tranquil retreat. This home located on a historical street, is located close to downtown and everything Grand Rapids has to offer. The main level has a spacious bedroom in front, dining area and living room with a small bedroom tucked under the stairs. The entire upstairs features a master bedroom with sitting area. The kitchen is in back with access to the deck with sitting area and landscaped yard. Come spring time this yard is a sanctuary to retreat to. The space This home is well over 100 years old. Keeping that in mind it does have a bit of a slant- most noticeable in the bathroom. For its age the foundation has held of remarkably well! Guest access We have a code on the front door. Once we have checked over the home and our cleaning person is out we pass on the check in info. Only leave through this door to avoid getting locked out. The basement and the shed are for owner use only. Other things to note -We are pet friendly!! We charge a $100/stay fee collected at the time of booking (please add your pets as guests). -Please send me a note that you are bringing them with a short description about your pet(s). - please be sure to pick up after your furry friends in the yard.
