The Old Dutch Barn at Rocklands

The Old Dutch Barn is a one bedroom apartment a stones throw from the River Wye and a 5 minute drive from the activities at Symonds Yat. With a large bathroom and feature curved ceiling in the lounge/kitchen/diner, it has been newly refurbished to a high standard with walk in shower, roll top bath and fully equipped kitchen. The barn sits at the rear of our property with its own private entrance and courtyard garden, next to walking routes leading along the River Wye and to Goodrich Village. The space The property is a one bedroom apartment with king size bed and space for additional guests on the double sofa bed in the lounge. There is around 4ft either side of the bed should you need space for a cot, as well as a built in wardrobe in the bedroom. There is a large bathroom with roll top bath and walk in shower. The kitchen contains oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor of our Dutch barn accessed via a stairway. Children are very welcome but please note that we do not provide any additional equipment, such as a cot or high chair so you will need to bring your own. We also welcome dogs and provide a dog bowl and old towel for your use. You will also have your own small courtyard garden that is fully fenced and private for your use. Should you wish to make use of the sofa bed please add an additional guest to your booking so that we can supply extra bedding. Guest access This is a self contained apartment at the rear of our properly so you have the space to yourselves with a private courtyard garden area. It contains a secure store for outdoor equipment/bicycles.
