The space When it's time to unwind, our studio unit offers comfortable accommodations for up to four (4) people, with one (1) main bed and a convenient pullout bed. Whether you're here for work or leisure, our studio is your urban sanctuary. We also cater to the modern traveler's needs. Enjoy lightning-fast 200Mbps internet access, ideal for digital nomads and business professionals. The spacious working desk provides a productive environment, ensuring you can work efficiently or stay connected effortlessly. Being in the central business district, you will not run out of food choices whether deliveries or dining out - yet we also provide you the option to be able to prepare and cook your meals. We provide an induction stove, rice cooker, and basic condiments for your convenience. Should you prefer to watch the vibrant cityscape from the balcony, you can certainly do so. Our unit has one of the best cityscape views stretching out towards the long Archbishop Reyes Avenue to your left and the sea view to your right. Guest access The unit is all-access for you. Other things to note Because we are located in the central business district, and also a hospital nearby - we can't give you completely quiet accommodation. What we can give you is a beautiful cityscape of urban bliss. PARKING: This booking does not come with parking. Should you be bringing a car for your trip and need help in getting parking arranged within the building, please let us know in advance. Parking fee per night is at 350-450/night. ------ To ensure a smooth and hassle-free entry to our place from the lobby security, you will be asked to fill out a guest log. We also require IDs for each guest(s) to be sent after booking confirmation. Only registered and booked guests are allowed entry. *To prevent any listing changes, kindly make sure you are booked for the actual number of guests. Kindly do not book for 2 guests when you are more than 2 in the group that will be staying. ------ FEES (upon request and if applicable): 1.
