Welcome to our newly remodeled basement apartment with private entrance. This peaceful place has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed each. 2 full bathrooms (one bath has a jetted tub), open kitchen/living room with sofa bed, dining table and barstools. Laundry in unit. Your family will be close to many attractions. 5 minutes away from I-76. -5 minutes to Prairie shopping center with many restaurants and stores. -20 minutes to Denver International Airport -30 min to Denver downtown -40 min to Boulder The space This newly renovated basement apartment is approximately 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed and a fully stocked kitchen. Private entrance and self-check-in using a keypad. You will access the guest house on the south side of the house (left side of the house). Shown in pictures. The kitchen has 2 sinks, refrigerator and oven, microwave. There is also a coffee maker, ready to help you start your morning with coffee. The kitchen has a bar area open to the dining table. Can seat 4 in the dining table and 2 barstools in the bar area. Paper towels and silverware are provided. Laundry in unit. The bathrooms have a vanity and mirror as wells as a full-size shower. One of the bathrooms is in the master bedroom and has a comfortable jetted tub. We provide all basic bathroom necessities, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hair dryer at your disposal in the master bathroom. We provide clean towels and washcloths ready for you. A washer/dryer stackable also available for you to use. You may park on the street (in front of your entrance, do not block the water hydrant). Tv and Wifi included. We do have exterior security cameras monitoring the place for your security and our protection. we are happy to host you at our basement apartment. ***** Newly remodeled basement with approximately 1000 feet. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms , 1 sofa bed in the living room and a very well equipped kitchen with a bar that connects to the dining room that connects to the dining room and living room. You have private entrance and you can check yourself in using the door keypad. You will have access to the apartment on the south side of the house (left side) as shown in the pictures. The kitchen has 2 sinks, refrigerator, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave. There is also a coffee maker and other utensils that you can use. Washer and dryer are also available for use in the kitchen. The kitchen has a bar that connects to the dining room, where 4 people can sit in the dining room and 2 on the bar benches. The bathrooms have a vanity and mirror the same as a shower. The main room has its own bathroom, which has a comfortable jacuzzi. Shaampoo, conditioner, and body javon are provided. Plus Hair Tools. Towels and whites ready for you. You can park in the street next to the house. Please DO not block the public water outlet. Television and internet is included. We have outdoor safety cameras monitoring the place for your safety and ours. We are happy to relive them in our apartment. Guest access The whole basement apartment is for you! You will enter the appartment by the south side of the house. Other things to note We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we do live upstairs. we work hard at keeping noise levels down, though you can expect noise similar to an apartment or a hotel. This property is receiving extra cleaning and is being disinfected with Covid-19 killing product. Our guest's health and safety are our top priority. As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring it to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. We have a very strict NO-SMOKING policy. NO DRUGS OR MARIJUANA. If you are staying 5 nights or longer and would like a fresh set of sheets, towels, or anything else, just let us know. We are happy to help! **** We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 child) and live upstairs. We try not to make too much noise but still you can hear similar noise like that of an apartment or a hotel. This property is double disinfected with anti-Covid-19 products. The health of our guests is our priority. as a reminder, if you experience any problems during your stay please let us know. We'd love to fix it as much as possible. We have a NO SMOKING policy on the property. NO DROGAS O MARIGUANA.
