The space Dedicated to Grandma Alpenice, who, with her enthusiasm and determination, brought the B&B to life, this studio embodies the most authentic spirit of our home: hospitality, family and simplicity. Spacious and bright, at approximately 30 square meters, it is the ideal solution for those who want more space and independence, perfect for comfortably accommodating a family of up to four people. It has a queen-size bed and a sofa that can be converted into a second queen-size bed if needed, offering comfort and practicality without sacrificing the warm and homely atmosphere. A private bathroom, Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, air conditioning, heating with a heat pump, and a TV complete the accommodations. Use of the shared kitchen is available, along with the other guests in the breakfast room. In the bathroom, you will find organic and biodegradable soap and shampoo in dispensers, in keeping with the environment and the sustainable philosophy that guides every choice at our Organic Agriturismo. 🌱 Guest access In addition to the bedroom and private bathroom, guests can use the common room on the ground floor, where breakfast is served, with a shared kitchen available, and the relaxation room with large panoramic windows. Outside, the porches overlooking the vineyards and hills, furnished with tables and sofas, are available for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Guests can also stroll freely through our vineyards and the lavender fields that surround the organic agriturismo. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is also available for guests to use during their stay. The property has free private parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. During your stay During your stay, we like to be present and available, while at the same time giving our guests all the tranquility and privacy they need to enjoy the BioAgriturismo freely. We are usually there every day for breakfast and in the late afternoon to welcome arrivals. Self check-in still allows you to access the property on your own. For information, recommendations on restaurants and activities in the area, or for anything they might need during their stay, guests can easily contact us via message or phone. Our Guest App also provides useful information about the property, the amenities and the area. Other things to note The BioAgriturismo is located in the countryside, on our farm, surrounded by vineyards and lavender. It is the ideal place for those looking for tranquility and wanting to enjoy a stay in close contact with nature. Breakfast is included and is served every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with products from our farm and local specialties.
