Unassuming private home on cul-de-sac in the woods. 2 bedrooms with double beds to sleep 4, but with rollaway and sofa bed can accommodate 7. Finished basement with comfy seating, poker table, TV, etc. leads to back patio and fenced in yard. Dog door in basement! Fully equipped office with monitor, printer scanner. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen. 15 minutes to downtown! 10 minutes to Ross park mall. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families with kids/dogs or a romantic getaways The space We would love to host you! Our home is secluded but has lots of great features. We have a finished basement with lots of fun surprises and activities. Deck is pretty amazing - it’s huge and furnished and with grill and prep table and lots of great seating. Overlooks the woods and is very private. This is a great place for families, couples who want privacy and people who are working remotely. Office (its own room) is totally equipped with monitor, printer/scanner/copier and ways to stay organized. Guest access Everything except one room, garage and shed Other things to note Baby grand Yamaha piano. Let us know if you play and we will make sure it is tuned. Finished downstairs for playing poker and other casino games, board games, watching TV, reading, relaxing, etc. It also has a fold out double sofa bed. Door leads to patio in back yard, and dogs can go in and out of their own little door. Gorgeous and huge deck with Weber grill in back of house overlooking the woods. Fully and generously equipped kitchen. Dog sitting and dog walking available! If you are a serious cook or baker let us know - we have lots of specialty and novelty items in storage! Our rates are for 4 guests. Any more than 4 guests, we have a fee of $25. No parking in the cul-de-sac, please. The driveway is long and can easily handle 2 or more cars. More than one dog we charge $75 per dog. FYI - We often host families with children and pets. As a result, there are a few stains on the carpet. They have been cleaned and disinfected and the damage is only cosmetic. We hope you choose us!
