This unique and well-appointed guesthouse is a private walkout basement connected to our home. It is finished like a large apartment /guesthouse and guests can come and go through their own private entrance. Out back you will find a grilling area , fireplace, hot tub & lake. The interior features 2 bedrooms a living room , kitchen , dining area and a bathroom/laundry rm. Beautiful Lodge-like decor great for hunters , traveling work crews, couples, small families and singles alike ! 1600sf The space This space offers 2 bedrooms featuring one bedroom with 2 double log beds and a walk in closet and another bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom and twin on top ) , flat screen wall mount tv, rocking chair and walk-in closet. The living room features a leather sofa and love seat (so one person could sleep here as well) . There is an extra large flat screen in living room. The kitchen and dining area /living room are all an open large space and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator, large sink , dishwasher , stove /oven and microwave. We offer an electric cooktop , toaster oven, and electric flat skillet as well. Fully stocked. Also featuring a Dining area/social area / bar. The Bathroom has a large shower , vanity , toilet and washer /dryer. Walk out back to the lake where you will be able to enjoy a large gas grill , stone fireplace , hot -tub and plenty of seating ! Throw back fishing is allowed ! Book your stay and enjoy! We have found this space to be best liked by traveling work crews , hunters visiting area , and people in town for special events !
