This one-bedroom, one-bath back house is the perfect place to call home. Completely private from the front house, this guest house has everything you need. A large patio area with seating, string lighting, and a BBQ Grill. Unit features, stainless steel appliances, desk area, full-size washer and dryer, AC, hardwood flooring, spacious closet, ceiling fan, and a walk-in shower.  The unit does not have a dishwasher.  Street parking only. $1000 deposit due upon signing. The space Great private patio with BBQ grill and seating. This is a back house and you enter through the alley. Other things to note This is a back house. Someone does live in the front house but it's private with a private entrance. There is a $1000 deposit that will be due upon signing. This is for any damages or charges that may occur during the tenants stay. It will be refunded with in 21 days of move out. There is a $200 cap on the gas and electric. Anything over this, the overage will be taken out of their deposits. Do not ask to reserve, email me your dates first as I do have to get approval from owner first.
